Screening Tools

The resources below can help to assess a patient’s level of depression. The results should not be considered a diagnosis. Only a clinician can diagnose depression.

 PHQ-9
The PHQ-9 is a 9-question patient self-report instrument designed to help clinicians assess a patient’s depression level. The file linked above includes information on how to evaluate responses.

 Beck Inventory
The Beck Depression Inventory is a 21-question patient self-report instrument designed to help clinicians and patients evaluate depression severity.

New Services

Natalis Counseling & Psychology Solutions has adopted a Psychology Care Model similar to the Medical Home Model. As a result of this model, we are creating Psychology Care Manager positions.

Be an Intern at Natalis

Our Pre-Doctoral Psychology internship, available to doctoral level Ph.D. and Psy.D. graduate students, is a 2,000 hour training requirement that involves a one year, full-time commitment to on-site training.

New Staff Welcome

We would like to welcome two new members to our team, Meghan Sanocki and Jaime Lilleodden. They join Natalis as Behavioral Care Coordinators.
