Internship

The Pre-Doctoral Psychology Internship at Natalis Counseling & Psychology Solutions is available to doctoral level Ph.D. and Psy.D. graduate students. It is a 2,000 hour training requirement that involves a one year, full-time commitment to on-site training. The intern can arrange to take clinic scheduled holidays and approximately two weeks of vacation time. Psychology students are also allowed two hours per week to work on their dissertations or research of their choice. Natalis’ point of focus is assessment and testing, so interns will get experience in testing and therapy.

The specific expectations of the internship and arrangement of time and training content must be approved by Natalis, the student, and the graduate school program. Natalis offers a stipend to Pre-Doctoral Psychology students in training at the clinic.

Natalis is an accredited part of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) and all applicants must apply through the APPIC website. Please see the Internship Handbook below for additional information on how to apply.
